Why your online personal brand matters

- [Instructor] Throughout your social selling journey, you need to have a mind shift of seeing your profile as your online reputation instead of your online resume. Over the past five years, I've seen and coached sales reps and business leaders go through this mind shift, and they have established and amplified their personal brand on LinkedIn. As it pertains to social selling, personal branding means, the process of identifying, building, and amplifying your online and offline reputation. To make things simple and easier for you to understand, I came up with what I call the Five Cs of Personal Branding.
