Join Brad Batesole for an in-depth discussion in this video Setting up conversion tracking, part of LinkedIn Sponsored Content (2016).
Now, LinkedIn recommends that you tag every page on your site, which you can easily do by adding the tag to your site's global footer. The easiest way to do that is to paste this tag right before the ending body tag within your site's code. Now, what's great is that you can simply select into this box, and it will automatically copy it to the clipboard, or you can click the Send button to send the instructions via email to yourself. Now, what's great is that you only need to implement one tag per webpage. If you add multiple tags to a page it's going to interfere with the ad receiver conversion tracking.
You simply need to add this one script, and then later we're going to take a look at how we can track various conversion events still using this one script. Now, once you've completed this step and got everything installed, you're ready to create your first conversion.
