When searching for content on LinkedIn Learning, you can use the Library icon to quickly access content from the Business, Creative, or Technology libraries. You can also use the search bar to search for relevant content.
- [Instructor] Let's take a quick look at how you can search for content in the LinkedIn Learning Library. Now at the top of the page in the navigation bar we have a couple options. The first is to click on the Browse tab on the left hand side. I'll click on that and when I do it brings up another menu separating the content by the different libraries. From here I have the Business Library, the Creative Library, and the Technology Library. Up here under Business, you'll see that we have Subjects, Software, and Learning Paths. In this case maybe I'm looking for a course on Excel. I can go here and click on Excel and it brings me to this page telling me that there are 6,199 results for Excel. Now I can, of course, go in here and filter those by clicking on say, Courses, and starting to narrow that down. So another way that we can search for specific content is to use the search bar. Let's say I'm looking up content related to design. I'll go up to the search bar and type that in here. Click Enter and it brings up all of this content. So again here we have 21,000 results. I could narrow it down by Courses. We still have over 2,000 results, so we need to filter it further, but I could go up here and let's say for instance that I'm actually looking for using the program InDesign. If I type that in, click on Search, it brings me to 130 courses and then we can go and filter them down from here. Maybe I want a beginner one and so on. So whether you have a specific course you're looking for or if you just want to learn more about a topic, take advantage of the Browse tab and the search bar and help find content in the LinkedIn Learning Library.
