- [Instructor] LinkedIn has some tools that measures the effectiveness of your profile. These can provide feedback as to how your profile is performing on the platform, how people are responding to your profile, and how your content is performing in terms of engagement. There are a few areas where you can access these analytics. On your main profile is the dashboard that is visible to you. Who's viewed your profile shows the people who are not in private mode that have viewed your profile. It's a useful tool to see who's checking you out and is very handy when you are interviewing during a job search, and are curious if your resume or portfolio are being seen by your attended audience. When you view other people's profiles on LinkedIn you will show up in their version of the dashboard as well. You can always go into private mode if you want to browse profiles incognito, but I typically leave it on public mode since it's a worthwhile feature. Views of your posts, status updates…
