Adding slide decks with SlideShare
- [Instructor] In this section, we'll take a moment here to walk through how to upload presentations via SlideShare to your LinkedIn profile. So we'll go back to Josh's account here. And go to the Summary section. Scroll to the bottom. And for SlideShare, you're going to upload it through Links. We'll go to our TexEdit document where we copied a link to his presentation. Paste it here. Click the Add button. And the title and description will carry over from your SlideShare account. And we'll just do a quick edit of that. Click the apply button, and then hit Save. And if we go back to his profile, you can now click through the slide deck. Hit the full screen button. Click out and close it. And with that, we just added a presentation to Josh's profile. Adding presentations and slide decks to your work samples is a great way to showcase your portfolio but can also be a good avenue to share content of your presentations if you've ever done a speaking engagement or a keynote.
