Where are my photos in Lightroom Classic?

- [Instructor] If you chose Lightroom Classic for your desktop application, then your photos are on a local hard drive. Images in a classic catalog must be on a local hard drive. The process of importing simply points Lightroom to the location of the photos. I'm in the library module here and on the left-hand side, we see a panel for folders and these are the folders that are on my drive. This is essentially just a window to my hard drive. We can see the name of the hard drive, the travel photos folder and then folders nested within that. Let me show you a shortcut of how you can jump out from Lightroom to the hard drive to find the location of that. I'll do a right click or a control click on an image in the grid here and then go to show in finder because I'm on a Mac. If you're on a windows machine, that will say show in Explorer. And this jumps out to the finder and takes us to the location of that image. This…
