Join Richard Harrington for an in-depth discussion in this video What you should know before watching this class, part of Lightroom Classic CC: Creating Panoramas.
- In this course, there's a few things that are good to know before you jump in. We're going to be focusing on Lightroom in this course and occasionally jumping into Photoshop. If possible, you should already have a good functional work flow inside of Lightroom. So, if you've never checked out the essential training series here on lynda.com or haven't been using it for a few years, make sure you feel comfortable with Lightroom to begin with. This will allow you to jump right into the more advanced features of panoramic and HDR work flow in this course. Additionally, I'm gonna assume that you already know how to shoot panoramic photos.
If not, I recommend you check out our detailed course all about panoramic production and shooting techniques. But don't worry, along the way, I'll still share with you the strategies that went into making these images. I'll talk a little about the gear that I've used, as well as share some insider tips on how to get the best results. In this course, it's not essential that you have that strong foundation on shooting in Lightroom but if you do, you'll be able to get a lot more out of it. This is definitely an intermediate to advanced level class. We're gonna explore how to do a very specific technique and I'll show all of the subtleties that exist within the application.
So, make sure you've either got past experience or you've brushed up on those two courses and when you're ready, let's begin.
