Get up to speed on the new and upgraded features in Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 4.
- Adobe Photoshop Lightroom just keeps getting better and better. Version 4 has introduced some really useful new features and I want to help you get the most out of them. First of all, Lightroom 4 has improved the way images are processed with a new process version. For those of you who migrated from Lightroom 2 to Lightroom 3, you may recall a similar upgrade. However, this time, along with some amazing under the hood improvements that will make your images look better than ever, controls in the developed module's Basic pane have also been changed.
There are also two new modules in Lightroom 4, the Book module and the Map module. I'll show you how you can stay completely in the Lightroom environment and create really fabulous books that can be sent directly to Blurb for printing or exported as a PDF file. You can also now view the location of your images on Google Maps from within Lightroom, and even geotag images that don't have GPS data. Many of you will be thrilled with Lightroom's new soft-proofing capabilities.
I'll help you understand how to use this popular feature so you can save a lot of time when you go to print. And finally, Lightroom 4 has some really cool video-editing features that I'll help you get up-to-speed with. I'm looking forward to sharing what I know about the new features of this great upgrade so you can make them work for you.
