Testing out other creative ideas

- [Narrator] At this point, the image is complete,…yet, what I wanna do next, and what I often do,…is experiment and have fun and try out different ideas.…So, we already have option one, that one is there,…and all those layers are grouped together.…What else could we do?…Well, another thing we might try…is to experiment a little bit with light.…For example, we could grab a Curves Adjustment Layer,…darken everything up, and then,…use our brush and with a brush we would try to find…a brush size which is a little bit bigger than that,…tap the right bracket key,…and we can protect an area of the image…from the this darkening effect.…

So here, I'm gonna go ahead and click,…hold down the Shift key and then click.…Now, can you see how it's kind of…creating what looks like light across the image?…Click and Shift + click, whenever you click,…and Shift + click, that's a lot to say,…it creates a straight line,…or you could just kind of custom paint this as well.…And all that to-doing is saying,…hey, darken up everything except for the area in the middle.…
