- [Instructor] Now, there's one other really cool feature of the tone curve that's also present in the HSL sliders. But, let's work on it here. This little dot here that you see up in the upper left hand corner, that's the targeted adjustment tool. It's really neat, so when we click on it, what we can do is we can see that the dot on our tone curve here is moving. When we set something over something we want to brighten, so let's say we want to brighten these clouds right here, we just have to hover the dot, the little cross-hairs over the part that we want to lighten, and we can pull up, or we can pull down and it will adjust that part of the image in that part of the tone curve. It's kind of a really neat tool. So, let's say we do want to come back over and darken the blackest parts of the image. We can just drag those down and it will adjust that. It's a great and easy way to use a physical button over the picture instead of just messing with sliders. I kind of like doin' it. It's…
