Shooting with a GoPro

The Go Pro camera has it's own ability to actually capture from a Go Pro using a tethered app. Now, this is pretty straight forward, you need to use the Go Pro and you need to have one of the newer Go Pros with the built in wifi capability. I have the newer Go Pro 3+ here, but there are lots of Go Pros with wifi. When you hit the button on the side of the camera, it's actually going to turn on the wifi network and you'll see the blue lights flashing. Now, this will consume more battery. The thing to realize is once you've got this connected, it opens up the ability to control this with the mobile app. What's cool about that is that this camera does some pretty impressive photo specs. Now, it is capable of up to 12 megapixels, which is great for an action camera, and you could shoot a burst rate as high as 30 still images per second. That is great for sports photography or you can spread that out and shoot a higher burst rate over multiple seconds doing things like five frames a second…
