- Hey gang. Welcome to another episode of Photo Tools Weekly. In this week's episode, we're gonna do a retouching project. And here we'll look at how we can remove a tattoo and remove some jewelry as well. In order to do this, we'll be using a combination of techniques. We'll explore how we can use some healing tools, Content-Aware Fill. I'll also share with you some expert cloning tips that I'm betting you haven't seen before. All right. Well, are you ready? Let's dive in. All right. With this project, let's zoom in, so that we can focus in on the areas that we wanna work on. What we wanna do is remove the tattoo and the little scratch, and then work on removing the bracelet from the wrist. All right. Well, let's begin by copying our background layer. You can do that by clicking and dragging it to the new layer icon, or you can press command J on a Mac, or control J on Windows. I'm gonna name this new layer R1 for retouch one.
