Now it’s your turn

- All right now it is your turn.…And what I mean by that is here in this movie,…I wanna provide you with an assignment.…And your assignment is to go out…and to photograph an artist.…I want you to photograph someone that you think…creates something which is fascinating.…Maybe they work with glass,…or wood, or clay, or oil paint,…or skateboards,…or whatever it is.…But I want you to find someone that you think…is wildly creative.…Someone who creates really fascinating…and wonderful art.…

And go out and capture a photograph of that person.…And go through the process that we talked about, right.…The one where you think about the person,…think about your location,…the type of image that you might try to make.…Then when you get there ask yourself…well hey how can I keep this simple…or do I want it complex.…Whatever it is.…How can I use natural and available light?…And then of course open up those images…to search for that single keeper.…You know what happens to us photographers too often…is we think that we have to have all of these keepers.…
