Making initial adjustments to correct orientation
- Before you create the merge panoramic photo, it's often a good idea to ensure that the geometry is correct. This includes things like lens profiles, as well as rotation for the images. For example, if you are shooting with a particular lens, you might want to select all of the images in that stack, then go over to the Develop module, and scroll down to the Lens Correction module. Here you can enable the profile correction. Now in this case, you could decide to take advantage of any of the adjustments. This can include things like upright if you want, applying a simple adjustment ahead of time, such as a level, and it will evaluate the image or an auto-adjustment or you can make sure to take advantage of things under the Profile tab. Now in this case, these particular profiles were not embedded inside of the image, so you can manually select those if you needed to.
