Import with a Develop preset

- [Instructor] During the import process, you can apply a develop preset to the photos as they get imported, and this is really handy if you want a specific look applied to your photos before you start editing them or if you just want to save time with the editing process later. Lightroom Classic includes a number of develop presets, so I'll demonstrate by importing another folder of images using one of them. But first let's take a look at where those presets are. To do that, I need to jump over to the develop module, and then on the left-hand side here, we see the panel for presets. There's a bunch of sets. If you click on the disclosure triangle, it'll open up the presets that are inside of there. The nice part about these develop presets is all you have to do is hover over them to get a real time preview of what they'll do if you apply them to the image.
