- [Instructor] Alright, so this is a fun one. I'm in the Lightroom mobile application, and a lot of people don't realize that you can use this app to actually create a RAW file. So we all take pictures with our phones on a regular basis. But leveraging the power of Lightroom, you can create a DNG. And this is going to give you way more editing power, much higher resolution, higher fidelity file, and your black-and-white conversions are going to look a whole lot better. So let me show you how this works. Here I am in Lightroom. I can see my files, and in the lower right, I have two options. I can either add files, or I can use that little camera icon to come into my live camera view here. We see that I've laid out a little bit of fruit here. And let me show you some of the options I have in here. The first thing that you notice is on the top of the screen it says DNG. In the lower left, I have a toggle there.
