Fixing banding and haloing

- [Narrator] Now sometimes we've taken a silhouette a little too far and we end up with color banding like this. It's kind of fun in a creative Crayola type way, but it might not print very well, or show very well online or on people's computers. So why don't we try and bring these settings back down a little bit. Here I've adjusted one that isn't quite as bold, just so you can see the difference between what I'm talking about with banding here and all of the color gradients not being smooth, and this one which still has a lot of bold colors but there's a much smoother gradient going on. It's still too far for our tastes, and it still might not print well, so let's look at how to correct for this, to still get a silhouette that looks amazing, that just doesn't quite look like it was invaded by space aliens. All right, so let's go back and look at this image that we originally shot. It's great. The white balances have been adjusted, and there's a few changes that have been made, but…
