Creating an Aurora HDR Look

Aurora HDR is very similar to Luminar and it's system of looks. Let's explore how you can design your own affects using multiple adjustments and filters and then store them for easy access on a future image. Making a look on Aurora HDR is very straightforward. Let's open up an image here. You can open up single photos or bracketed photos. I'll work with a single raw image. Let's click open and it's going to enhance this image and pull out the most detail using a variety of HDR techniques. There it is. And I can see that the optimized image really brought things out. Now, let's take advantage of the filters. But, to make a little bit more room, I'm going to hide the looks browser at the bottom. Using my controls here, I can dial in the type of adjustment that I want. I'll make a little bit of a change to contrast there, further recover the highlights, get a nice bright white and use smart tone to do a little overall lift.…
