Configuring Lightroom for syncing
- While I love the fact that Lightroom Mobile gives me a mobile version of the image editing tools that I'm already used to on the desktop, Lightroom Mobile is just as important to my workflow for its ability to automatically move images from my mobile devices back to the main Lightroom catalog that I keep on my computer. Now that I shoot and edit with so many different pieces of gear, Lightroom syncing has become essential for staying organized and I know I've been saying that over and over in this course, but finally now we're going to look at syncing. Syncing in Lightroom works because of the Adobe Creative Cloud, a cloud based server system that the various Lightroom's used to pass data back and forth. If you've been following along with the raw editing examples I've been showing, then you must already have a Creative Cloud subscription because the free version of Lightroom mobile doesn't include raw capability.
