Off-camera flash demo, part 2
- Let's brighten her up just a bit more. So we'll go into the menu, Commander mode, Group A, crank this up. (shutter clicks) That's lookin' pretty nice, she's got a nice brightness on the front, and the rim light back there, the light in the back, the B, is giving us kind of the look of a light, like a window or a table lamp that's shining back towards her. However, it doesn't feel like the table lamp is lighting her up, simply because the color is different. Look at this color on her cheek, and then we know that it's not coming from this orange lamp. Let's change that, let's add some color to this picture so that we're balancing all the lights in this picture to be the same color. Then it'll feel a little bit more like that lamp is actually lighting her up, even though at these shutter speeds, I mean, we're at a 60th of a second, and f5, and ISO 100. At these speeds, that lamp just isn't doing much to light her up, we could even see that right now. That's all we're getting out of the…
