- So I think I mentioned earlier that I used to be intimidated by kitchens. I used to dread shooting the kitchen, because I found them so difficult. I got my butt kicked all the time by the kitchens. Over time, I got it figured out. They're such a rich subject matter that they're actually really fun to shoot. You can get creative with kitchens in ways that you can't always with other rooms. That keeps it fresh, keeps it interesting for me. And I'll tell you something else about kitchens, and career paths. If you're getting started in real estate, maybe you've been shooting for awhile, you're trying to get this stuff figured out and get really good at it and makes some money at it, well that's fantastic. Obviously, that's the goal. But you might also be thinking like, what's next? What's the next step or progression in my career, for example?
