- In today's world to be credible as a leader you must be digital. (upbeat, exciting music) Leadership is no longer a top to bottom approach. In order to be truly effective, leaders must change the way that they engage. A recent Gallup Study shows that only 13% of employees are engaged in their work. I believe that extending your leadership into the digital space can be a path for not only improving engagement, but transforming relationships. But becoming that digital leader is not an overnight job. It requires a plan, and that's what I want to teach you in this course.
