- Congratulations on finishing the course. You're well on the way to becoming a digital leader. There are a couple of other ways to continue on this journey. First of all, make sure you find some people to follow. Don't delay on this. Think about some of the leaders or businesses or brands, even some of your colleagues maybe, the leaders in your own organization, who you want to start listening to. Again, becoming a digital leader starts with listening, so begin that part of it today.
Right now write down those names and make sure you start following them and listening to what they're saying. The other thing you can do is to get my book The Engaged Leader that lays out many of the things that we've talked about around listening, sharing and engaging in great detail. You can also download a worksheet that's part of this course that will help you go through all the different steps to help you create that engagement plan. I also have a website at charleneli.com, C-H-A-R-L-E-N-E-L-I.com, where you can find more resources, including my latest writings, my blog posts, videos and other materials that can help you become a digital leader.
And the last thing, most importantly, please stay engaged with me. I want to hear from you how is that journey going, because what I really want to hear about is what are you finding in this journey, what's working, what are the challenges. Please stay in touch. I would love to hear how it's going on your journey and all the best to you, because it really is a journey, and one that I hope that you will enjoy and thrive with.
