And it's easy to slip back into your old way of doing things. So I had an idea. I thought wouldn't it be interesting if you could have a thing on the wall that kind of reminded you? So I've made, for you, a management charter that you can download, print out, stick it on your wall, and it basically says I promise that, from now on, I'm going to try and be a really good boss. And I'm going to do the following eight things, and here is a list of them. And anybody who works for you is going to see this so you're going to have to do those things. You're going to have to try to involve them, and you're going to have to receive problems with a positive attitude, all those things.
