This video will provide an overview of how change management fits into management, project management, and general management
- There are no prerequisites for this course, However, it's designed for team leads, managers, project managers or business analysts who want to help their organization successfully adopt change. The course looks at change from a process perspective and as a journey that individuals must take in order to be comfortable and competent in new job roles. Throughout the course, I'll be referencing project management and business analysis concepts. However, you don't need a background in these areas to understand the content.
If you want more information on project management or business analysis, there are other courses you may want to check out. First, there is Project Management Fundamentals by Bonnie Biafore. For background on business analysis, you can view Business Analysis Fundamentals with Haydn Thomas. And if you're working on agile projects, you can view my own course, Agile Project Management. What I will focus on is helping you make changes stick in your organization, while also providing support for those who may struggle with change.
