- You're feeling bullied at work, and you're looking for answers. Thank you so much for entrusting me with your secret. I know what you're going through is hard. I've been there. But instead of letting it take me down, I started learning everything I could about workplace bullying and I became empowered. And that's what I'd like for you too. My name is Catherine Mattice Zundel, and I've been researching, publishing, and consulting on this topic since 2004.
I've traveled the world speaking on this topic and working with organizations of all shapes and sizes to solve it. I'm coauthor of the book Back Off! Your Guide to Ending Bullying at Work. I'm also the author of Seeking Civility: How Leaders, Managers, and HR Can Create a Workplace Free of Bullying. And I'm one of the four founding members of the National Workplace Bullying Coalition. This course will provide a variety of tools to help you reclaim your power.
I'll help you define what's happening to you and provide some insight as to why people who bully act that way. I'll also share some tools for building your confidence, standing up for yourself, and ultimately making a successful complaint with HR. Workplace bullying is hurtful and damaging for the people who experience it. I'm so excited for you to take this step to put a stop to it, so what are we waiting for?
