- The coolest thing about understanding and talking about diversity inclusion is that it's an important skill from, for everyone of every generation. In fact, the thing that I noticed a lot about the work that I've been doing more recently is that, we're at a time where we have all these generations in the same workplace. And they're often missing each other. Or misinterpreting each other. Or not valuing each other for what they can bring. You know, we've got the people who are my age. The baby boomers are saying, like, I don't know what's wrong with those moral in millennials. And, you know, they don't want to work hard. And they want social. And they want, they want balance in their lives. Or whatever we say. But the point is that we're not actually fully understanding that this generation and the generation after it, they're our future.
