- Human beings who expand their capacity regularly, learn new ideas, and train others are the winners of the future. (soft rock music) The world is expanding fast. GDP is 81 trillion, going to 100. The world is changing because of digitization. New guys coming in, they got the largest amount of GDP changing the world. It's getting nonlinear, it's exponential high speed. More complex, volatile.
We need to remember businesses don't compete. Leaders do. Leaders create value. In this particular part is the corporations need to invest time and energy to find these high potentials. Develop them differently than the old ways, and then give them their chance to realize their potential, because it is not one person, it is a group of people who succeed.
