- I'm Deborah Kolb, PhD, and we are a mother and daughter team who are experts in workplace negotiation and leadership success. I've been studying, writing, and teaching about workplace negotiations for over 30 years. - And I'm Elizabeth Kolb Robillard MBA. I'm a sales and marketing executive in the tech industry, and I've used many of these negotiation techniques as I've built my own career.
