Learn how to set up and run effective one-on-one meetings.
- One-on-one meetings are essential in today's workplace. In my leadership coaching, my clients and I have seen the benefits of these meetings. These one-on-ones, or sometimes called one-to-ones, can reduce the number of interruptions you experience in your work day. They help employees improve their skills through personal training and development, and they improve communication within a team. In this course, I'll walk you through the principles of running productive one-on-one meetings.
I'll also help you decide when to hold these one-on-ones, how to prepare for them, and keep them running smoothly. While the principles I'll teach are geared toward private meetings, there is another course called Leading Productive Meetings if you're interested in learning how to conduct group meetings that are effective. Now, let's get started.
