Taking responsibility for mistakes

- Mistakes, what would be an assertive approach to mistakes? Well, I think first of all, take responsibility for having made that mistake. There's no point in denying it or trying to hide it. We all make mistakes and that's fine. And in fact, you're allowed to make some mistakes, 'cause if you don't make any, you're not pushing enough. You're not coming out of your comfort zone enough. The only way to avoid making mistakes is to do nothing. Somebody taught me awhile ago FIDO, forget it and drive on, rather than harking back to that mistake. But actually, I think FIDO isn't perfect, and I think ideally, you'd have learned from it. And then, forget it and drive on. So, learn from your mistakes. But after that, let them go and move on to the future.
