- If you've completed all the exercises to this point, you now have a much clearer picture about what your strengths are. Now it's time to determine which of your strengths are the strongest overall. Having this knowledge is critical, because it will help you know where you should focus your time and energy. Using the Strengths Rating Worksheet, you'll begin the process by simply rating yourself on a scale of a one to 10 with each of these strengths. Start by listing the strengths in the first column and be as objective as possible, then begin rating them. 10 should be the absolute highest of the scale, and one should be a complete novice, someone who's just getting started with using that strength. For example, let's say you listed one of your strengths as being an engineer. Be bold, a 10 would be the highest paid engineer that you're aware of.
