- I've decided to have a special category for procrastinators. Not because they're especially bad, but because they are very common, so we do need a good way to deal with them. And they are quite a problem. Most things that you need to get done involve other people doing their share as well, and if their time management problems are affecting you, then I think you do have a right to interfere a little in what they do, and even in how they organize themselves. If your boss keeps saying that they'll contact HR and get you on that training course and then they don't, it's pretty annoying. I have the same when customers are thinking of getting me in to run a training course for them, but they can't quite decide whether to do it or not, and they keep putting off the decision.
