- Now we come to maybe the most important video on this section about having a positive attitude to life. You definitely reap what you sow, and if you expect good things to happen, they're more likely to happen because it affects your interactions with other people as well as your own mental state of mind. So, how can we be happier? And weirdly, there are some things you can do to make yourself happier, but actually happiness is already there. It's always there, a bit like the sun shining, but you can't always see the sun because clouds are in front of it. And it's not really about turning up the sun. What we gotta do is get rid of the clouds which are your negative emotions. So if you could remove negative emotions from your thought processes, you could then be happier. But how do we do that?
