- Now that we've come to the end of our course, you're ready to go forth and make fair decisions. We talked about the importance of fairness and internal drivers of perceptions of fairness. We also talked about different kinds of fairness, from distributive to interactional, as well as a few laws that require fairness. Then we talked about different things you can do to ensure you're seen as fair, including tips for making decisions and things to do in your interpersonal interactions. Some other good resources include the book by Edward de Bono, Six Thinking Hats, and the thousands of articles and worksheets others have created using his ideas. There's also a wonderful comprehensive blog post by Julian Stodd on making fair decisions. There's also a ton of books out there on fairness at work and organizational justice.
