How curiosity breeds innovation

- The cure for cancer, the mapping of the human genome, that Fitbit app that tells you it's time to take a walk, the Internet, those cute kitten videos that we look at when we need a little bit of a break. Okay, maybe I'm the only one that watches them? All these innovations, small and large, have one thing in common. Someone was curious and imagined a new possibility. Some of us believe we need to be a genius like Albert Einstein or Steve Jobs, to drive innovation. The fact is that most innovations are driven by a group of people rather than one hero. As a transformational leader, your role is not to come up with the best ideas but to ignite the culture that creates new ideas.
