- In 1997, Andy Murray was one of the founding partners of a shopper marketing agency in Springdale, Arkansas called Thompson Murray. They create the kind of marketing signs and displays you see in stores everywhere. And as Andy knows firsthand, retail is a fast-paced business. It's in a constant state of change.
