Hi, my name's Prakash Raman, and I've been coaching and facilitating executive teams for over a decade. In this course I'm going to introduce you to the importance of learning facilitation skills, describe the actionable steps to become a facilitative leader, and discuss some of the foreseeable challenges to facilitation and how you can preemptively address them.
