- If you have access to the Exercise File for this course, you can download it now. One of the hardest aspects of thinking strategically is, quite simply, making time to do it. We're all busy. We all have responsibilities that pack our schedule and sometimes make it impossible to complete even our urgent tasks, much less blue-sky thinking about the future. It's easy to push strategic thinking off to the side and say I'll get to that when I have more time. But that time never comes. You have to make time.
In fact, you have to seize time from your schedule. In the Exercise File, Carving Out Time for Strategy, I'll show you how to deploy your calendar to your advantage and make strategic thinking a regular occurrence, as it should be. I encourage you to download the file and follow along as we go through the course. If you don't have access, you can still follow along with the instruction. Let's get started.
