- One of my clients is an HR consultant who's committed to overhauling companies' often ineffective sexual harassment training programs. Before we started working together, she blogged now and then. But with the rise of the Me Too movement, she was inspired to write several posts in quick succession about what needed to change. But when I read them, it wasn't obvious whether she hoped to influence CEOs and HR executives or wanted to inform the public about the topic generally. It took some effort to slow her down and get her to really focus on the important prework of finding her target audience. Let's walk through the steps in this process.
