Defining factors of a pressure situation

- Every pressure situation is different and of course every person under pressure is also different. So there's no single magic formula to help you conquer pressure. In this course, you'll get dozens of tips and bits of advice. Not all of them may be for you and your situation. As you watch these videos, there are a few factors you need to consider in figuring out which tips and techniques might work best for you and your situation. Each situation is typically defined by five key factors, time, control, outcomes, resources and stakeholders. For example, the star player that represents their city in a championship game, they have many hours available to practice but they only have so much energy each day and they're limited by the other players on their team and the facilities they have to practice.
