- The same way that we had to diagnose where we were on high standards in deep devotion before we could change, the same thing is true about culture. You want to change your culture, you know what you have to confront yourself with? A diagnosis of the current culture. And we feel, if somebody says I want to change the culture, they're ashamed about something in the culture, and the first thing we have to do is be fearless in the diagnosis. And when you're fearless in the diagnosis, then we can talk about the prescription to change. Turns out that the prescription to change in the absence of understanding where you are coming from, the prescriptions may or may not work, and probably don't work, and take a long time. - So Uber, for example, came to you, and essentially said, "We have a big bad culture problem.
