- If you've ever used a map to get from point A to point B without GPS, you know, the longer you're off track, the more difficult it is to correct your course. It's much better to spend time upfront, plotting your course. Double checking and noting what resources are needed for the route conditions. Setting and clarifying goals is exactly the same as mapping out your route before a trip. With your contract employees, the gig is shorter, and a lot of their work is done autonomously.
