- Every aspiring and experienced thought leader has faced a moment when they didn't know what to say, or forgot to share their key idea in an important meeting. Without preparation, anyone can overlook an important point. Or they might find that they have so much to say that they can't stop talking. Developing your message template or your talking points document will likely be the most valuable exercise you do. You will use this as a basis for conversations, marketing materials, even your website. You can download the worksheet from the exercise files to guide you through crafting your message. You'll find two worksheets, one for you to complete and another one that is an example file you can refer to if needed. We'll walk through each box on the worksheet one by one and you can complete them as you go.
