- One of the questions we often get is, once you can so clearly define leadership and that it's about others and it's about making others better as a result of our presence and having it last into our absence, once you get it, it's like, well then why is it so hard? Once we can describe it, why is it hard? And the biggest challenge that we see is, once you get it, you can actually be over ambitious. The way that I see it is that I have studied working moms for a long time and I can now put them on a continuum from, there's the working mom that's got it all going on. She's doing great, her kids are doing great, her roots are done, like the whole thing. All the way over to the other end of, this working mom is one missed hand-off away from a catastrophe. And I look at what's the difference, and the only difference, only difference, is that this mom thinks that she can be great at an increasing number of things. And this mom realizes physics applies.
