- There are three aspects of your strengths, gifts, loves, and skills. Your gifts are the natural abilities that you were born with. Your loves are the things that are most excited about in your work, and your skills are the knowledge and education that you've acquired over time. Now it's time for us to put all these together and discover your true strengths. We'll be building on the work that you've done in the previous three chapters. So if you haven't don't that yet, I recommend you go back and complete those videos before moving forward. I've provided a simple Strengths Worksheet that you can download. In the worksheet you'll notice three columns, gifts mentions, loves mentions, and skills mentions. When you completed the earlier worksheets, you found gifts, loves, and skills that you mentioned multiple times. These represent patterns of strength in your life.
