Learning how to act decisively, not rashly, but decisively, can be the critical ingredient in helping you rise faster and make a bigger impact. In this course, we'll start by figuring out what holds us back. Then we'll discuss knowing the right time to take action. Along the way we'll talk about having the courage to act, and I'll offer some tips on being decisive, even when there are difficult circumstances.
