This a great course, and well presented, but in 2023 modern Laravel and Vue do not play well with it, and several core libraries have since been removed as standard or replaced with other incompatible frameworks.
If you are VERY smart and really enjoy a multi-day challenge, you may be able to complete the course in HANDS-ON mode with extensive modification and no reliance on the code examples given in the download package.
I however gave up by section 3 after spending over a week on this, and just watched the rest of the course. I still got the certificate, but I felt a bit like I didn't deserve it somehow for not having spent another week figuring out all the replacement steps myself.
