- [Instructor] Program files are the part of the processor memory that store the user ladder logic program. In RSLogix500, the name of the ladder logic program appears under the program file section. Inside the program files, there are two program file types; system and program. In much of the documentation, they are represented as file folders. For the system files, they are subdivided into system functions; files zero and one. The program files include file two that has the main ladder logic program and separate team programs included in file three through file 255. System file zero. This file is always included and contains various system related and user programs information such as processor type, input and output modules configuration, processor file name, and password, if needed.
