- [Narrator] So within the Prometheus environment we obviously have a graphing engine as a part of the Prometheus user interface and as a graphing engine it's a reasonable useful tool. It certainly is great for trying to create queries like the one that we have here and just getting an idea of how the data might actually be displayed. But there are plenty of more powerful tools, dashboard based model tools, that we can take our metrics from Prometheus and put into. The most common one that's out there today is Grafana. This is a Grafana environment was deployed into our Kubernetes environment, and then, in that process it was also attached to our Prometheus instance at the same time. It was one of the powers of the whole Kubernetes environment is this ability to just sort of stitch these resources together so efficiently and simply. Here we're then looking at a data source.
